Jj Hotel - Seongnam

Staff is willing to help even thought they cant speak English. Room cleaning is ok. Location is just near to station and for bus limousine is near. I stayed there because of the distance is close to my friends.

Booked.net shown me that the suite I booked is two-storey suite features karaoke facilities and a movie projector. A spa bathtub for 4persons? When I reached there it is different story! The staff told me that only royal suite is two-storey.the only thing I m not sastify with that

Its terrible nt wat I expected. Its like motel for one night stand. I was so dissapointed and wouldnt come back n recomand to anyone . There is adult channels without parental consent. Its so bad for kids

The room was stylish and had great bathroom facilities, rain shower and jacuzzi bathtub. I would say the hotel is aimed at young couples who enjoy each others company!

He hotel was a 7 stop underfound ride out from the cbd but transport was very easy. The room smelled a little bit of smoke

The bedroom had no window and there was no door between the bedroom and the bathroom. There were mosquitoes in the room, too.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Although the location is not very central, i.e. near to the city shopping area, its in a quiet neighbourhood. Taking subway to city area like Myeongdong is around 20min. If you are taking Airport Bus, the terminal for Bus 6002 is near the hotel. You can take a taxi from the terminal to the hotel. Its around 10-15 min, around 6000won. The service is good but do not expect excellent English. The staff are willing to help even though they cant really understand English. As for food, there is a Familymart nearby. There are also 24hrs delivery from restaurants. However, you might need some help as the brochures are all in Korean.

I chose this location as subway and places like dongdaemum and Myeongdong easy to reach as brochure said so. But it was not. I didn't know there is hardly any winds in the seoul. Maybe I am used to Singapore's weather. But the service stuffs were very kind and helpful. Even they hardly know any english well. Yohan was especially very helpful and patient to me even his english vocabulary was limited. He actually made my stay in seoul a pleasure one. Thanks you, Yohan.

The toilet have horrible sound during flushings. And the bathtub was not clean.

The location is very easy to find. The bath room is very amazing especially the jacuzi.

The room is pretty small

Every room has a big jacuzzi, the bathroom is even bigger then the sleeping room. Room was bigger then what you normally get in Seoul: 30m2 which gives you more comfort and space. There's a "Cafe Bene" on the main road for coffee, tea and breakfast, very good location and also the metro is on walking distance (5 min). Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was actually a "love-hotel" where couples could rent a room for 2 hours. We didn't bother at all and you don't notice it when you enter the lobby.The only thing we didn't like were the very noisy rooms. Right in front of your room is a car-garage, open 7 days a week. Every room had 5 (!) double windows to reduce the noise but even then we could always hear noise until late in the night, starting in the early morning.

Location is a bit boring~ but still not too far from lively areas

Jj hotel doesn't have a good location. Neighbourhood is not nice (no shops, no restaurants but a lot of car washes and car dealers) nor convenient for sightseeing. Room was clean but the furniture seemed pretty worn-out. Some people say it is a love hotel, well, what can I say, we got a box of condoms at check-in. Bathroom has no door.

Room is nice design same the photo and near bus airport stop.Good service.

In the room not good smell , not to near subway after you finish travel you will feel subway to hotel is very very far, at night time when subway close it's hard to go back hotel all most taxi don't know this hotel. No restaurant that area

The hotel location is not very convenience. But the staffs are very nice and can say English.

Staff members are helpful though they could not speak English. A technician was sent to repair the toilet upon our notification. The hotel is far from city centre; however the subway station is only 5 minute walk.

The light is too dim in the washroom. There is noly one window in the washroom. The hotel is only suitable for couple as there is no door to separate the bedroom from the washroom.
